Request a refund
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you used to buy Deus XT.
- Choose Request a refund, pick a reason, and select Deus XT.
- Submit. Apple decides on the request and tells you by email.

After a refund
If Apple grants a refund, Deus XT adjusts what is unlocked the next time it opens. Your settings stay on your devices.
The Mac companion
The Deus XT Mac companion is free, so there is nothing to refund for it. You can delete it at any time.
